1、 廉洁责任书篇一：廉洁自律责任书 领导干部廉洁自律责任书 为了促进廉政建设，健全企业内部监督约束机制，促使公司各级 领导人员廉政勤政，预防职务违纪违法犯罪，推动反腐倡廉工作的不断深入，保证公司经营健康、稳步发展，特制订本责任书： 一、领导责任 （一）、依照党纪国法以及公司有关规定，公司各级领导干部按对其所辖职能范围内的员工和业务的廉政建设负全面领导责任。各部门负责人为该部门各级领导干部主要责任人。 （二）、各级领导干部应根据各个时期的形式和任务，在反腐倡廉，依法开展各项工作等方面的实际情况，积极开展法制宣传教育活动，提高广大员工的法制观念和廉政意识，协助公司做好预防职务犯罪的综合治理工作。 （
2、三）、各级领导干部必须公私分明，严格遵守有关公款公物的管理、使用规定，并教育分管所属部门员工不得有下列六种行为： 1、公款公物用于私人开支或使用。 2、公款逾期不还。 3、私分公款公物。 4、公款私存或设立小金库，牟取私利。 5、在对工程、采购、新项目等业务活动中，向有关人员索要和接受回扣、贿赂、从中贪污。6、在重大节日或业务往来中，收取有关人员的红包或好处费。 （四）、各级领导干部必须品行端正，遵守法律及社会主义道德，禁 止组织参与或支持色情、赌博、吸毒、迷信等活动。 （五）、各级领导干部必须实事求是，作风正派，不得有下列行为： 1、违反党的政治纪律，妨碍公司改革、加快发展、团结稳定的行为。
3、 2、虚报工作成绩，瞒报工作问题。 3、利用职权或采取虚假手段，为个人谋取职务、职称、荣誉、工资 和福利待遇。 4、利用职权和影响为配偶、子女和亲属从事行业管理范围内的经营 活动提供便利、谋取私利。 5、违反规定收受现金、有价证券、支付凭证、礼品及兼职取酬。 6、讲排场、比阔气、铺张浪费、参与公款支付的高消费娱乐和旅游。 7、参与赌博和利用婚丧喜庆事宜收敛钱财。 （六）、各级领导干部要自觉执行和维护组织人事纪律，坚持民主集 中制原则，禁止下列行为： 1、推荐、任用有不廉洁行为的人。 2、打击报复举报人，控告人。 二、责任目标 （一）、分管所属部门没有违反党纪国法的现象。 （二）、分管所属部门没
4、有私设小金库和违反公司有关规定的现象。 （三）、分管所属部门没有关于廉洁自律方面的投诉。 三、奖罚办法（一）、达到廉洁自律责任目标的部门，表现突出和成绩显著的按公 司有关规定给予嘉奖。 （二）、没有达到廉洁自律责任目标的部门，违反有关规定的，视其 件情节轻重予以处理，部门负责人应对本部门出现的违纪违法事负领 导责任。 （三）、情节稍微，不构成政纪责任的，给予批评教育。 （四）、不适应工作要求，又严重影响工作开展的予以调整工作岗位 或免职。 （五）、需追究政纪责任的，依照有关规定给予警告、记过、降级、 撤职、开除等处分。 （六）、构成犯罪的，移送司法机关处理。 四、附则： （一）、本责任书适用范
