1、2010-08题录英译集*基于PERT仿真的导弹技术准备流程优化分析吴文军1,瞿军2,胡习平3(1. 中国人民解放军91515部队,海南 三亚 572016;2. 海军航空工程学院 飞行器工程系,山东 烟台 264001;3. 海军航空工程学院 研究生管理大队,山东 烟台 264001)摘要:为满足导弹快速保障需求,利用PERT仿真对某导弹技术准备流程进行优化分析,同时引入工作关键度和重要度2个指标来定量评价各项工作对技术准备流程进度计划按时完工的影响。通过仿真准确预测了优化的效果,得到了项目完工概率及各项工作的定量评价指标值。结果表明,优化后技术准备时间明显缩短,并能准确预测优化效果,为流程

4、ique (PERT) simulation. Meanwhile, Activity criticality index (ACI) and crucial index (CRI) of each activity were led into for quantitative evaluation of effect on completion. Effects of optimization were forecasted accurately and project completion probability and index value of quantitative evalua

5、tion for activities were obtained by simulating. The result indicates that technical preparation time was shortened greatly by optimizing, and effect of optimization can be forecasted accurately. 6、 preparation; PERT simulation; procedure optimization*爆炸空气冲击波技术在反恐破门中的应用蒋飞1,2,吕胜涛2,韩峰1,王建中1(1. 北京理工大学 爆炸科学与技术国家重点实验室,北京 100081;2. 武警装备研究所,北京 100012)摘要:针对传统的反恐破门手段不能有效、快速、安全地破除防盗门的缺点,提出利用爆炸空气冲击波技术进行破门。炸药爆炸产生的定向空气冲击波作用在目标门上,瞬间形成很大的冲量和超压,迫使门发生严重变形,从门框中脱离出来,以瞬间破除防盗门。分析了战斗部装药设计、定距杆设计和起爆方式等关键技术,并对空气冲击波造成的

The directional air-blast produced by detonator explosive impact the door target, generate impulse and overpressure instantly, make the door deformed badly, disengage from the doorframe and breach the door instantly. Analyze three key technologies, the design of warhead,

10、 the space pole and explosive mode, and evaluate the damage caused by air-blast wave. The results indicate that this method can solve the problem well in the counter-terrorist actions. 11、林成(国防科学技术大学 机电工程与自动化学院, 湖南 长沙 410073)摘要:针对单通道防空导弹电子稳像过程中的噪声干扰问题进行研究。通过对各种成像噪声成因、特性的分析,首先将闪烁噪声和抖动噪声分别进行建模,随之建立了含噪声稳像模型。基于该模型提出了基于小波滤波与加权平滑的去噪处理方法,利用小波保持时域局部特性的优点达到去噪。仿真实验表明,该方法能够有效去除影响稳像的成像噪声。关键词:导弹电子稳像;成像噪声;小波Noises Analyzing and Processing for Digital Image Stabilization in Single Channel-Controlle
