1、授权书范本授权书是由当事人预备，及赋与一位他信任的人之一项权力当他在精神或健康上出现问题，以致不能打理他个人财务时，替他作出财务上之决定，如买卖物业、银行存支、交税及交其他单据。 授权书是可以即时生效，又或者可以指明有事故发生後才生效，直至当事人去世之时为止。如果没有事故发生的话，当事人依然可以自己掌管自己的财务。有法人授权书、委托授权书等等 授权书格式授 权 书致： （招标人全称）本授权书宣告：（投标人全称） （职务） （姓名） 合法地代表我单位，授权 （投标人或其下属单位全称） 的（职务） （姓名） 为我单位代理人，该代理人有权在 （公路项目名称） 第 合同段（或 大桥）工程的投标活动中，

13、 of any trade names or trade marks used by the Manufacturer in relation to the Products of the goodwill associated therewith, and the Distributor herebyacknowledges that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, it shall not acquire any rights in respect thereof and that all such rights and g
