14、编17、国家强制执行的标准，法规及有关规定（二）、设计原则：1、贯彻“预防为主，防消结合”的原则，严格执行规范和有关政策。2、建筑结构材料，装饰材料等均采用非燃烧材料。3、建筑物的布置，交通道路的组织满足防火要求。4、消防设备选用经国家有关产品质量监督部门检验合格的产品，并要求安全可靠，使用方便，技术先进，经济合理。四、 消火栓灭火系统1、室内消火栓灭火系统本设计按防火分区布置消火栓，室内消火栓间距小于30米，保证同层有相邻二支水枪水柱到达着火点。消火栓选成套产品箱体为钢质材料，箱体尺寸为800600240毫米（厚）。栓口直径DN65，内配65水带，19水枪一支。消火栓安装高度为距楼地面0.9
15、5米，栓口距地1.1米。每套消火栓配4g磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器2具。值班室、配电间、客房等位置按规范要求配置灭火器。立管管径为DN100，每根立管流量不小于10L/S，支管为DN70，管径大于等于DN100采用热镀锌钢管，卡箍（沟槽）连接；小于DN100采用热镀锌钢管，丝扣连接。消防管道均刷红色防锈漆一道，红色调和漆一道。2、 供水压力消火栓充实水柱为12米，消火栓系统接原有消防立管，栓口静压小于0.5Mpa，3、 水泵接合器：室内消火栓系统设2套水泵接合器，每个水泵接合器按流量15L/S确定，以保证消防车接驳水泵结合器向室内消火栓管网供水，水泵接合器安装在便于消防车使用的位置。4、 消防水泵：地
16、下室设消火栓系统给水泵两台（一用一备），保证系统最不利点消火栓的压力和用水量，屋面设稳压泵用以保持系统最不利点最低水压要求。稳压泵平时向管网提供足够的水压，稳压泵的启停由电接点压力表控制，每个消火栓箱内设直接启泵按钮，用于启动消防水泵，同时向消防控制室报警。5、 消防水源：室内消火栓系统消防水源由设于建筑外的地下消防水池供给，地下消防水池有效容积为320立方米（消火栓系统和喷淋系统共用）；室内消火栓系统前10分钟自救水由屋顶消防水箱供给、消防水箱储39.5立方米消防水（消火栓系统和喷淋系统共用），其余消防用水由消防水泵及消防水池供给，室外消防用水由室外给水管网供给。6、 其它消防水泵系统具备自动巡检功能。五、 自动喷水灭火系统1、危险等级：
