15、规定；交通安全法内容简单，把握道路通行规定，交通事故处理规定；突发事件应对法掌握突发事件的分类与分级管理，监测与预警，应急处置与救援等规定。道路交通安全法个别条款已经修改；由于今年新增突发事件应对法，新的消防法已开始实施，新的知识点多； 矿山安全法也已完成征求意见稿，老的考题再不考今后要作废，因此，上述3部法律的考题可能多于道路交通安全法。第四章 安全生产有关法律 刑法和司法解释：安全生产领域的犯罪行为应承担的刑事责任；矿山生产领域的犯罪主体、定罪标准及相关疑难问题的司法解释。行政处罚法、行政许可法：行政处罚或许可的基本规定、行政处罚或许可的范围及种类、行政处罚或许可的设定、实施机关和实施程序。 职业病防治法：职业病防治的基本规定、职业病前期预防、劳动过程中的防护与管理、职业病病人保障、法律责任。劳动法：劳动安全卫生规定、女职工和未成年工特殊保护、社会保险和福利、监督检查规定、法律责任。 劳动合同法：基本规定、劳动合同制度的主要内容、监督检查、法律责任。 第五章 安全生产行政法规1、矿山、建筑、烟花爆竹、民爆物品、危险化学品等高危行业的安全生产管理规定、安全生产许可规定。
