11、容提纲一、思考题1. 什么是企业？企业经营的含义是什么？ （沙盘P10、课本P4）2. 企业为何存在？为何而兴？为何而衰？如何生存？如何发展？如何获利？（沙盘P11）答：（1）企业产生的社会历史条件。人的存在，即人的需要的存在，是生产力存在和发展的根本动力，也是在既定的历史条件下结成特定生产关系的原因. （2）如何发展：1、引进人才、留住人才 2、管理好各部门，企业内部形成一个强有力的整体 3、机械为主，产品为辅 4、专业化做出自己的品牌多数小企业都有一个大目标，但不外乎以下几种：求生存；巩固现有市场、保持繁荣；发展、壮大。不过，仔细观察一下就会发现，这三个基本目标可以归结为最后一个目标。求发
12、展就是求生存，因此必须解决两个问题：何种具体行动计划会促进企业发展、壮大？你和你的企业准备为此付出多少努力？确定企业发展方向时，一般有如下四种做法：维护现有市场；从新产品或服务中获利；开拓新市场；产品多元化。无论选择哪种做法都有着深远的意义，因为它基本上决定了企业今后的大局。（3）企业如何赢利有两条主要渠道：增加收入主要是向客户要利润，也就是售销、服务的环节。降低成本主要是向管理要利润。一要品牌领先：即企业和产品要有知名度和美誉度；二是技术领先，技术含量不高的产品一般附加价值不高，提高价格谈何容易。三是与竞争对手相比，你的产品质量、服务、品牌是否高过对方，再有你的产品质量，服务是否有唯一性或差
13、异性，否则难于提高价格。第二个赢利的渠道就是降低成本主要是向管理要利润。管理就是管理出道理，管出效益，在降低成本这一块有三个要点：一是设法降低劳动成本，怎样降？只有专业化分工，把最合适的人放在最能产生效益的岗位和部门上。如果你的企业让一个资深的新产品研发人员去搞销售，让一个销售精英去管理生产，这就不是降低劳动成本，而是增加或浪费劳动成本了。二是减少过程成本，在工厂管理中有一句话，能让机器做的尽量让机器做，就是尽量采用自动化，流程化高的机器或生产流程。三是降低原材料成本，这就是除了减少不必要的浪费而外，关键要采购到最低成本的原材料。（4）、维护现有市场 维护现有市场，就是让现有的顾客对企业目前的
14、产品或服务满意。 这种战略的显著优点是可以最大限度地减少资金外流。采用这种策略，企业就能完全避开开发新产品和寻找新顾客带来的风险。、从新产品或服务中获利 也就是说，向现有顾客销售新产品。一旦企业建立起一个稳定的顾客群，并跟顾客建立了关系后，下一个战略抉择就是要看看还能向顾客提供些什么产品或服务。企业还可以增加别的服务，提供新产品，或寻求能增加价值的经营新方法。、进入新市场即为现有的产品和服务寻找新顾客。对那些不可能重复销售的生意来说，不断寻找新顾客必不可少。而增加市场份额、占领市场缝隙也至关重要。在这种情势下，提供的产品大体不变，但也许要适应当地的市场条件。、产品多元化也就是说，开发新产品、寻
