1、北京建筑工程学院土木工程专业毕业设计(论文) 第 1 页摘要本工程为公寓式办公楼所谓“公寓式办公楼” ,是指单元式小空间划分、每个单元平均建筑面积不大于150平方米、有独立卫生设备的办公建筑。此种物业因面积较小且相对独立,较适合小型公司办公,但它仍属办公楼而非住宅。一、工程概况:1、工程所在地:丰台区靛厂路2、工程名称:锦鼎商务大厦3、建筑面积:12900 平方米4、层数:地上 9 层,地下 2 层5、层高:首层层高为 4 米,二层至九层层高均为 3.2 米,室内外高差 0.45 米。6、外围护墙采用 250mm 陶粒空心砖砌块墙体(外保温) ,内墙采用 150mm 陶粒空心砖砌块墙体7、结构

2、体系:框架-剪力墙8、主要建筑材料:钢筋、混凝土、砂浆、陶粒空心砖砌块9、防火要求:采用高层民用建筑设计防火规范 GB50045-95(2001 年版) 。建筑分类为二类,地上地下均为 1 级电梯:设四部液压电梯,其中一部为消防电梯,楼梯:设两部楼梯,均为封闭楼梯二、建筑设计1、建筑设置三个出入口,其中西侧主出入口与北侧出入口均设有无障碍坡道2、平面布置:首层设置库藏室、资料室、接待室、厅室、安保监控室、物业管理,二层至九层为办公区。3、中型会议室按照无桌椅,即 0.8 平米每人,70 人使用来设计;小型会议室按照有桌椅,即 1.8 平米每人,30 人使用来设计4、设备专业用房每层 1 间,2

3、0 -30 m北京建筑工程学院土木工程专业毕业设计(论文) 第 2 页5、使用人数规模控制:按 600 人,男女比例 7:3三、结构设计结构形式现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构;楼盖结构楼盖及屋盖采用普通钢筋混凝土现浇楼板;1、结构计算内容(1) 荷载计算。(2) 楼盖与屋盖设计。(3) 地震作用与综合框架与剪力墙的刚度计算。(4) 地震作用计算与位移验算。(5) 地震作用下综合框架与剪力墙内力计算,地震作用一榀框架一榀内力计算。(6) 重力荷载作用下框架内力计算。(7) 框架内力组合。(8) 框架梁与柱配筋计算。(9) 剪力墙内力与配筋计算。(10) 基础设计。关键词:公寓式办公楼、框架-剪力墙
