1、昌邑市苗木业发展对策研究 昌邑市苗木业发展对策研究 Research on Changyi City Nursery Stock Industry Development Countermeasures【中文摘要】 随着我国经济的快速增长,人民物质文化生活水平日益提高,城市化进程不断加快,绿化美化、改善生态环境工作越来越受到人们的关注。近年来,国家相继投入上千亿资金,启动了西部大开发工程、万里绿色通道工程以及林业六大工程等重大项目,这些生态工程的建设,关系到我国人居环境质量,关系到经济的发展,关系到我国在国际上的影响,而生态建设的主要载体就是造林,这样就给绿化造林工作带来了巨大的空间,给苗木产
2、业带来了无限的商机。昌邑市是国家绿委会唯一命名的“北方绿化苗木基地”。近年来,昌邑市立足当地实际,适应形势发展,把大力发展苗木业作为农业结构调整的战略重点来抓,采取综合措施,实现了苗木业的迅猛发展。目前,全市苗木面积已超过 10 万亩,苗木资产总值达 5 亿元。但是,昌邑市苗木业起步比较晚,发展速度快,这使得昌邑市的苗木业不可避免地存在许多问题。本文简要概述了国际、国内苗木业发展状况。国际、国内苗木业的发展促使昌邑市立足本地实际,吸收和借鉴国内外发展苗木的经验,取长补短,发挥自身优势,打造品牌特色,促进昌邑市苗木业走向国际市场,参与国际竞争,实现产业的跨越式发展。同时,本文详细分析了昌邑市绿化
3、苗木发展现状:昌邑有着得天独厚的苗木业发展的自然优势,苗木种植规模逐年扩大,苗木品种呈现出多样化发展趋势,苗木分布布局合理,苗木大户带动作用明显。在详细分析昌邑市苗木业发展的制约因素的基础上,提出了发展昌邑市苗木业的建议与对策,选择苗木市场拉动、错位竞争优势、骨干企业和专业大户带动(公司+ 基地+农户)等平稳发展模式。在强化政府支持力度、加强技术推广和研究、加强苗木信息体系建设、转变观念、提高认识方面要有所突破和创新,这对昌邑市苗木业的持续健康发展具有现实指导意义。同时,本文也为昌邑市其它产业发展以及其他地区的苗木业发展提供一般性思路,具有一定的参考价值。本文以文献研究法为主,比较分析方法和案
4、例实证分析法为辅。在对昌邑市自然、经济、社会情况全面了解的基础上,充分利用全国、省、市已有的关于苗木业发展的统计资料、文件、报告、规划及材料,对昌邑市苗木业发展涉及的相关数据进行必要的收集、处理和分析。同时,通过观察和访问等方式对部分苗木种植户和两个大型苗木企业进行深入调查分析,获取了大量定性认识和定量的统计数据,为本文提供了具体、生动的案例【英文摘要】 With Chinas rapid economic growth, peoples material and cultural living standards are rising and the process of urbanizat
5、ion has accelerated. Greening, landscaping and ecological environment cause more and more attention. In recent years, our state has spent a large number of funds on Western Area Development, Green Channel, forestry and other important ecological projects, which concern the quality of our human settl
6、ement environment, economic growth and Chinas international influence. The main carrier of ecological construction is afforestation, which can bring large space to greening, landscaping and enormous business opportunities.Changyi City is titled China North Green Nursery Base, which is the only city
7、named by State Greening Committee. Based on the local conditions, taking the nursery stock industry as a strategic point of agricultural structure in accordance with the practical situation, carrying out comprehensive measures, Changyi City has achieve a rapid development of nursery stock industry i
8、n recent years. At present, the overall area of its nursery stock is more than 100,000 mu with the total value of 500 million RMB. However, the nursery stock industry starts developing late while at a high speed, which has brought about many inevitable problems. The article provides a brief overview
9、 of international and domestic situation of the nursery stock industry. The developments of nursery stock at home and abroad lead to Changyi to position on local conditions, learn othersadvantages to make up its shortages, forge brand characteristics and promote the international competitiveness. 10、anwhile, the article elaborates the current status of Changyi nursery stock industry: favorable natural conditions, more and more planting area, steady and fast development, reasonable structure, obvious feature extractions, best variety and various operating entities forming a structure of collecti
11、ve development : the leading and large ones help the small and new ones. Under the analysis of the elements limiting Changyi nursery stock industry, the article lists some suggestion and countermeasures. To choose a smooth and steady developing mode with markets-pulling, regional competition, pillar
12、 and professional entities leading ( companies+bases+individual farmers) ; to strengthen the support of government , technological extension and research; to strengthen the construction of nursery stock information system; to strengthen ideological innovation, etc. All these are important and practi
13、cal to the sustained development of Changyi nursery stock industry. Moreover, it provides the basic principles for the development of the other industries of Changyi City and the development of the nursery stock industry in other regions.The article uses literature-based method, comprehensive analyt
