1、中文摘要近年来,来华留学的中亚留学生日渐增多,向中亚派出的汉语教师志愿者人数也逐年递增。无论是在华的中亚留学生与中国教师之间,还是在中亚担任汉语教师的志愿者和公派教师与当地学生之间,由于文化差异的存在使得师生文化冲突屡见不鲜。文章正是对这一现象作了初步的探讨和研究。文章对中吉师生文化冲突的表现进行了列举归类,试图通过中吉文化对比找出师生文化冲突的深层原因。以期引导教师正确看待与学生之间的文化冲突,避免文化定势和偏见以及民族中心主义的影响,使之能妥善应对和处理与学生之间的文化冲突,为建立良好的师生关系、提高教学质量、顺利完成教学任务提供理论指导。文章采用文献法、案例法和访谈法,展示了师生文化冲突

2、的实例,运用跨文化交际相关理论提出应对跨文化背景下师生文化冲突的策略是加快文化适应、培养跨文化交际能力。文章由引言、分析、对策、结语四部分组成。引言部分主要阐述本文的选题缘由、理论现实意义、研究对象及方法。还包括文献综述、相关理论简介以及对文章重要及核心概念的界定。分析部分由三个章节组成:第一章是对跨文化背景下师生文化冲突的调查分析,通过列举实例探讨了师生文化冲突的具体表现,包括非言语交际和言语交际方面;第二章从积极、消极两个方面对师生文化冲突的影响作了分析。积极影响包括增进师生的相互了解,催生新的课堂文化。消极的影响包括影响正常的课堂教学,影响正常的师生关系等;第三章通过中吉两国文化对比,探

3、讨文化冲突的原因。对策部分提出文化适应的若干对策,具体包括通过对中国教师进行跨文化敏感性、移情能力的培养和跨文化交际能力培训来加快文化适应。结语部分是对文章进行总结,给中国教师提出若干建议,并对文章研究的局限性做出说明,以明确今后完善研究的方向。关键词:师生文化;文化冲突;文化适应IIAbstract In recent years, the number of overseas students coming to China from Central Asiais increasing, as well as the number of volunteers sent from China

4、 to Central Asian toteach Chinese. However, it is common that due to culture difference, there are conflictsnot only between Central Asia students and Chinese teachers in China, but also betweenlocal students and Chinese teachers sent from the government in Central Asia. In order toguide the teacher

5、s to have a correct view on the conflicts, make them correctly deal withcultural conflicts between teachers and students and establish good relations and improvequality of teaching, this article could be a theoretical guide, avoiding the influence due tocultural tradition, cultural biases and Ethnoc

6、entrism. This article discussed and maderesearch on the phenomenon, and took China and Kyrgyzstan as comparison example tofind the underlying reason of the conflicts between teachers and students.This article used historical method, cases and interviews to show the real cases ofcultural conflicts be

7、tween teachers and students, applied related cross-culturalcommunication to raise the strategy of dealing with cultural conflicts between teachersand students under cross-cultural background, which is to accelerate cultural adaptingability and cultivating communication skills under cross-cultural ba

8、ckground.The article consists of four parts, which are introduction, analysis, countermeasureand conclusion.Introduction of the article is mainly about why choosing this topic, theoreticalsignificance in reality, researching subject and methods of the article and also includesrelated comprehensive r

9、eview and definition of core concepts of this article, includingcross-cultural conflict, cultural conflict between teachers and students.The analysis of the article consists of three chapters. First chapter investigated andanalyzed cultural conflict between teachers and students under cross-cultural

10、 background,discussed about specific performance by listing cases of cultural conflict betweenteachers and students, including non-verbal communication and verbal communication.Second chapter analyzed the impact of cultural conflict between teachers and studentsfrom both positive and negative aspect

Positive impacts include the promotion ofmutual understanding between teachers and students, the birth of new classroom culture.Negative impacts include affects the normal classroom teaching, and normal relationshipbetween teachers and students, etc.Third chapter explored the causes of cultural c

12、onflictby culture of the two countries.The countermeasure of dealing with cultural conflict , specifically includingaccelerating cross-cultural cultural adapting ability by developing of the sensitivity ofIIIdifferent cultures and develop empathy.and improving cross-cultural communicationskills.The
