3、和职业病犯病人数居高不下，职业病严重威胁着劳动者健康及其相关权益。危害分析关键控制点方法(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)是国际通用的食品卫生监督管理方法, 用于食品生产行业对危害加以识别、评估和控制的方法。鉴于危害分析关键控制点方法在实践中控制潜在危害明显效果，近些年来危害分析关键控制点方法已逐步应用到职业病的防控中。本文通过介绍职业病防治现状、危害分析关键控制点方法的现状及应用情况，分析国内和国际职业卫生工作现状及特点，并结合实际工作情况，并探讨适用于职业病危害评价的危害分析与关键控制点(以下简称HACCP)体系。建立应用危害分析关键控制点的方
4、法体系，提出职业病的防控的对策措施，进一步将危害分析关键控制点体系运用到职业病防治工作。运用HACCP原理， 建立了在水泥粉磨过程实施危害分析关键控制点体系的应用模型，对水泥生产企业的生产工艺、作业 环 境进 行职 业 卫生 调查 和 检测, 识 别 各种 职业 病 危害 因素, 分析 其危 害 程度 及对 劳 动者 健 康 的 影 响, 并 据 此 找 出 关 键 控 制 点, 提 出 预 防 控 制 措 施, 评 价 职 业 病 危 害 防 护 措施及其效果。因此，掌握HACCP方法不仅可使监督执法人员对职业卫生监察工作更深入 ，更容易切中要害，提高监督检查的时效性和针对性，还有利于建立高
5、效合理的管理体系 ，提高产品质量，保护劳动者健康。本文创新之处在于：一是将HACCP方法体系运用到建设项目职业病防治管理工作中；二是建立了在水泥粉磨过程应用HACCP方法体系对其进行评价的管理模型；三是拓展了HACCP方法体系的适用范围，为工业企业职业病防治工作提出了一个新理念和管理方法。关键词：危害分析，关键控制点，职业病，评价AbstractWith Chinese reform and opening up and economic and social development,occupational health situation is increasingly serious,
