1、, Lead in Useful expressions and sentences Cases Notes Group discussion Exercises Tips,不可撤消的信用证一经开立，在有效期内，未经 受益人及有关当事人的同意，开证行不得单方面修改或撤销。 但若因情况变化，经双方同意修改合同后，必然要修改信用 证。审核信用证就是审核：1信用证是否符合国际贸易惯 例；2.信用证条款是否符合合同规定；3 .发现合同缺陷，加 以弥补。为了规避信用证收汇风险，作为信用证受益人的出 口企业应全面、完整地审核信用证。 修改信用证应注意以下几点： 1只有买方(开证人)有权决定是否接受修改信用
2、证。 2只有卖方(受益人)有权决定是否接受信用证修改。,3 凡是需要修改的内容,应做到一次性提出,避免多次修改信用证的情况。 4 对于不可撤消信用证中任何条款的修改,都必须取得买方或卖方的同意后才能生效。 5 收到信用证修改后,应及时检查修改内容是否符合要求，并分别按情况表示接受、拒绝或重新提出修改。 6 对于修改内容要么全部接受,要么全部拒绝.部分接受修改中的内容是无效的。 7 有关信用证修改必须通过原信用证通知行才具真实、有效；通过买方直接寄送的修改申请书或修改书复印件不是有效的修改。 8 一般按照责任归属来确定修改费用由谁承担。,Useful expressions and senten
