Corporate Culture is a broad term used
4、to define the unique personality or character of a particular company or organization, and it includes such elements as core values and beliefs , corporate ethics, and rules of behavior. Corporate culture can be expressed in the companys mission statement and other communications, in the architectur

7、lture are to: 1. Provide a sense of identity for members. The more clearly an organizational shared perceptions and values are defined, the more strongly people can associate themselves with their organizations mission and feel a vital part of it. 2. Generate commitment to the organizations mission.
