5、sponsibilities and obligations of both parities and avoid trade disputes. In practice, sales confirmation is one of the most significant types of written contract. Sales confirmation or S/C for short is made in duplicate by the seller. It can be seemed as the simplified version of contract. It usual

6、ly includes general trade termsname of commodity and specification, quantity, unit price, amount, packing, shipment, etc. It is usually used in the deal with small total amount and many batches. Contract is more formal than S/C. It can be made in duplicate by each side of the deal. It includes all t
