Water is only a part of the volatile components. Binder (Resin) is what WB paint are based on, the one that holds the fil
7、m together Emulsion the dispersed binder particles is dispersed in the water with a help of surfactant enable emulsion by lowering the surface tension of the liquids- eg. oil and water will only blend if surfactant is added Coalescence a process which the film is build, small amount of solvent is ne
