1、外贸英语函电,Project Two Business Negotiation 项目二 磋 商 交 易,科学出版社,知识目标,对于具体的进出口交易,通过函电进行初步交易磋商一般包括询盘、报盘、还盘和接受等四个环节。其中报盘和接受是达成交易必不可少的两个基本环节。 经过询盘、报盘、还盘和接受后,一笔交易就基本达成了,但在国际贸易实践中,当事人通常还要签订正式的书面协议,如合同书、确认书等。因而这些过程中的往来函电也成为日后订立进出口合同的基础。,能够正确理解询盘信函,并根据实际情况进行报盘 能够区别一般询盘与具体询盘。 能够辨别实盘与虚盘,从而发现更多潜在客户,提高业务能力。 能够熟练地进行有效

Basic Knowledge Concerning with Enquiry and Offer Written negotiations usually begin with enquir

3、ies made by buyers. Enquiry is to request the possible seller to give the information about the goods he intends to purchase as well as the information about trade conditions, especially the price of the goods, and asks the seller to make quotation. Selling and receiving enquiries are among the most

4、 important and the busiest work. Enquiries vary with their different contents, different purposes and different backgrounds. For example, a request for a catalogue and price list, for a sample, for favored price, for the products that are not available any longer, or for arrangement of a visit, etc.

In an offer, the offeror not only quotes the price of the
