2、etter An acceptance is a fact that the buyers agree completely to all the terms and conditions in an offer (or a counter-offer as a new offer). If the offer is a firm offer, a deal is concluded after acceptance. If the offer is a non-firm offer, a deal is not concluded until the acceptance is confir
