12、ine of the Japanese invading army Tiger underground fortress ruins, General Chi论历史教师科学教学的课堂智慧内容摘要 在新课程改革的实施中,教师是最重要的课程资源。历史教学需要创新,教师教学模式要不断刷新,而不是简单复制。一位好的历史老师,必须越过这道坎儿,无论什么版本的课本,拿到手中之后,都必须加以适当的整合创新。做一位课堂智慧型的历史老师必须要有三个意识:吃透教材、拓展教材、开发教材。关 键 词 吃透教材 拓展教材 开发教材一位好的历史老师,之所以受到学生热捧,是因为他有独到的课堂智慧。什么叫课堂智慧?就是说这个

13、历史老师上课的时候,他讲的知识比较丰富,这个丰富不是杂多、杂乱,而是这些丰富的知识让学生感觉到有足够的有效的信息量,是紧扣主题展开的,而不是贫乏、简单的。在新课程改革的实施中,教师是最重要的课程资源。因为教师不仅决定了课程资源的鉴别、开发、积累和利用,是课程资源的重要载体,而且其本身就是课程实施的首要的基本资源。历史教师第一要有课程智慧,这是第一道关口。习武之人最要紧的是苦练内功,同样,历史教师更要苦练内功。一位好的历史老师,要不断的给自己“充电”,不断的充实自己,博览群书,授课时才能做到游刃有余,不照本宣科、索然无味。我们历史教师须象苏州三中副校长丁林兴博士在今年苏州大市高中历史教师培训会上

14、所要求的一样,要不断地阅读百家书籍、寻找新的资源和灵感,那样历史老师讲课就会比较丰富;第二,教学智慧,如果只有课程智慧而没有教学智慧,就不能将历史知识与技能落实到课堂的土壤里。生根发芽。课程智慧与教学智慧这两个智慧叠加起来,基本上能够构成一堂好课。什么是一堂好课呢?我认为至少要有两个基本要求:第一,历史老师上课的资源要较丰富,有厚度,这是一条很重要的要求;第二,历史老师要用饱满的教学热情、独特的教学风格来唤醒、激励、感染学生。关于教师的教学智慧第一能够把简单的教材复杂化,历史老师有没有这个本领,这个本领很重要,大学老师一般有这个本事,他就能把简单的问题搞复杂。但是光具备这个本事是不行的,有些大

15、学老师一到中学上课,就上不下去,因为学生听不懂。他不讲学生还有点似懂非懂,他一讲学生就一点不懂了。为什么呢?他就只知道把问题搞复杂,他不知道,接下来还要有一道程序,就是怎样深入浅出?怎样把准节奏感?怎样结合学情潜移默化、游刃有余?吃透教材。历史教材是历史教师备课和课堂讲授历史的凭借,也是学生学习的依据。历史教师只有自己丰满了,强大了,解读历史教材文本才会越丰富、越深刻、越科学,提供给学生的才会是精品中的极品,站在讲台上才有足够的自信与底气。为此,历史教师一定要深入掌握教材内容做到“心中有书”,并深刻领会其精神实质。钻研教材时老师要席卷而尽,不放过历史课本的任何一个角落。如正文、辅文、图片、表格

16、、思考题、注释、历史纵横、学思之窗、资料回放、本课要旨等,均要细心研究,当然细致不等于“眉毛胡子一把抓”,主次之分还是要把握好的。吃透教材不仅仅是历史老师分内事,更是学生主动学习研究的任务之一。张家港后塍高中梁月芬老师在讲授人教版三新文化运动中的“新文化内容”一目的教学,这样设计:课前将新文化运动的“四提倡,四反对”研究学习的任务分成四组,即民主组、科学组、新道德组、新文学组,各自分配相应的学习任务,让学生自主阅读教材,归纳基本内容,收集、精选能够反映该学习内容的材料、设计问题情境。后塍高中梁月芬老师改变了教与学,很有独创性和前瞻性,但有一种新老师在改变教材教法方面很大胆,改得很危险。怎么危险呢?他根本不按照历史教材和课程标准来上课。为什么不按照历史教材和课程标准来上课呢?因为教材很多内容他似懂非懂。这不是败坏我们一些教师的名誉和形象。在没有深切领会教材的基本结构和意义之前,就按照自己的方式随意地简单地让学生学习,不时凭自己的感觉、想象解释历史概念,这是很危险的。改变教材教法有一个前提,就是要知道什么样的改
