12、ine of the Japanese invading army Tiger underground fortress ruins, General Chi 药物制剂工职业标准一、报考条件1、具备下列条件之一的，可申请报考初级工：（1）在同一职业（工种）连续工作二年以上或累计工作四年以上的；（2）经过初级工培训结业。2、具备下列条件之一的，可申请报考中级工：（1）取得所申报职业（工种）的初级工等级证书满三年；（2）取得所申报职业（工种）的初级工等级证书并经过中级工培训结业；（3）高等院校、中等专业学校毕业并从事与所学专业相应的职业（工种）工作。3、具备下列条件之一的，可申请报考高级工：（1）
13、取得所申报职业（工种）的中级工等级证书满四年；（2）取得所申报职业（工种）的中级工等级证书并经过高级工培训结业；（3）高等院校毕业并取得所申报职业（工种）的中级工等级证书。二、药物制剂高级工考核大纲：第一部分 理论知识（一）、基本知识1.无机化学基础知识（比重5%）(1)熟悉物质的量及其单位摩尔、摩尔质量、气体摩尔体积的涵义和计算。(2)掌握溶液浓度的表示方法、浓度及溶液配制的有关计算，掌握溶解的定义及影响溶解度和溶解速度的因素。(3)了解单相体系和多相体系的概念，掌握相的定义，熟悉各种不同分散体系。(4)熟悉化学反应速率的表示方法和反应速率理论概要，掌握影响化学反应速度的因素。(5)熟悉酸碱
14、质子理论的内容，溶液的的酸碱性，酸碱指示剂，强电解质和弱电解质的知识，掌握pH值的测定方法。(6)熟悉盐类水解的实质，影响盐类水解的因素及其应用。(7)了解晶体的基本知识，了解晶型对药物性质的影响。(8)熟悉缓冲溶液的概念，缓冲作用原理，溶液PH值，缓冲能力选择。(9)熟悉氧化还原反应的基本概念、常用氧化剂、还原剂。(10)熟悉卤素单质 卤化氢、卤化物、卤素含氧酸及其盐类的化学性质。(11)熟悉氨和铵盐的理化性质及用途。(12)了解碱金属和碱土金属的重要化合物的性质及用途。2.有机化学基础知识（比重6%）1、掌握有机化合物的特性、熟悉有机化合物的酸碱概念、结构和分类(1)熟悉烃类化合物分类、命
15、名及其在药物制剂生产中重要的烃类化合物，掌握各类烃的主要理化性质和主要的反应规律。(2)熟悉卤代烃的分类、命名和重要的卤代烃，掌握卤代烃的主要理化性质和主要的反应规律；(3)掌握醛、酮、醌的理化性质，醛、酮的不同反应，以及重要的醛、酮。(4)掌握羧酸的理化性质及重要的羧酸，熟悉羧酸衍生物中的酰卤、酸酐、酯和酰胺的理化性质及其重要衍生物。(5)掌握含氮化合物中的硝基化合物、胺的主要理化性质，熟悉各类胺的命名，季铵盐、季铵碱和重要的胺。(6)掌握油脂的组成和主要性质，熟悉类脂、萜类、甾体化合物的概念。(7)掌握单糖的理化性质，重要的单糖、双糖和多糖化合物，熟悉单糖的构型。(8)掌握氨基酸、蛋白质的
16、理化性质，了解蛋白质的各级结构，熟悉核酸的概念，了解各类核酸在生物化学中的重要性。(9).掌握高分子化合物的概念和主要性质，熟悉聚乙二醇等高分子辅料在药物制剂生产中的应用。3、药理学基础知识（比重2%）(1)掌握药物的概念、药物的基本作用、受体概念、药物安全范围、治疗指数、不良反应及药物作用的影响因素，药物联合使用的目的。(2)熟悉药物跨膜转运与体内过程的关系。(3)了解药物的生物转化和血浆半衰期的含义。4、药品检验基础知识（比重3%）(1)熟悉药品检验技术的基本知识，掌握药品理化常数测定方法，掌握药品杂质检查方法。(2)掌握制剂检查中的崩解时限检查法、融变时限检查法、溶出度测定法、含量均匀度检查法、装量差异检查法、制剂通则。5、微生物基础知识（比重2%）(1)了解细菌细胞壁的结构组成，霉菌的种类及生物学特征，病毒及其他微生物的基
