3、床疗效。方法：选择 2011年 10月至 2013年 12月在广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院皮肤科门诊及病房的脓疱型银屑病患者 60例。按查随机数字表法将所有患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组 30例。治疗组内服阳和汤汤剂和阿维 A胶囊，对照组仅予口服阿维 A胶囊，两组均支持对症治疗，总疗程为 4周，然后观察两组的临床疗效。并对两组患者治疗前后均进行体温、皮肤表现评分比较、白细胞、中性粒细胞、白蛋白、总蛋白、血钙等实验室指标进行检测分析，所得数据均使用 SPSS17.0统计软件进行c2和 t检验。结果：（1）临床疗效：治疗组痊愈 20例，显效 7例，改善 2例，无效 1例，总有效率 90.00%；对
4、照组痊愈 8例，显效 11例，改善 6例，无效 5例，总有效率 63.33%。经c2检验，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。（2）体温比较：治疗组与对照组治疗前，无显著性差异（P0.05），具有可比性。两组在治疗后，体温恢复改善治疗组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。（3）皮肤表现评分比较：治疗组与对照组在治疗后，在皮肤表现评分方面改善显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。（4）治疗组治疗后在白细胞、中性粒细胞、白蛋白、总蛋白、血钙水平方面与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：阳和汤合阿维 A胶囊治疗脓疱型银屑病具有较好的临床疗效，无明显不良反应，使其

8、ch group.Patients in the treatmentgroup took Yang-He Decotion and Acitretin Capsules,the control group onlyreceived oral Acitretin Capsules,the two groups were supportive therapy,thetotal course of treatment for 4 weeks,then observe the clinical efficacy of thetwo groups.And comparing the two group
9、patients body temperature beforeand after treatment, the skin performance score comparison, white blood cells,neutrophils, albumin, total protein, blood calcium,as well as other laboratorytesting analysis,the obtained data are all using SPSS17.0 statistical softwarefor c2 and t test.Results: (1) Cli
10、nical curative effect: of the treatment group are cured, 7cases had marked effect,improve in 2 cases,1 had no effect, the total effectiverate was 90.00%;of Control group are cured, 11 cases had marked effect, improve the 6 cases, 5 cases failed, the total effective rate was 63.33%.Checked by c2, the
11、 difference was statistically significant (p 0.05).(2) Thetemperature comparison: Before treatment,the treatment group and the controlgroup had no significant difference(p0.05),its comparable.(3)comparisonof skin manifestations score :After treatment,the treatment group is Thebetter than the control
12、 group about performance score at the skin improvedsignificantly,the difference was statistically significant (p0.05).(4)Aftertreatment,comparing with the control group on white blood cells, neutrophils,albumin, total protein, blood calcium level,the difference was statisticallysignificant (p 0.05).
13、Conclusions: Yang-He Decotion and Acitretin Capsules has betterclinical curative effect to pustular psoriasis, theres no obvious adversereaction, make its body temperature returned to normal, reduced white bloodcells, blood albumin, total protein, calcium, combining of traditi-onal Chineseand Western Medicine is more effective than single western medicine ontreating Pustular psoriasis, it deserves further research.Key words: pustular psoriasis, Yang-He Decotion, Acitretin Capsules,Clinical observation on 目录引言 . 1正文.31临床研究资料 .31.1一般资料.
