Todays organizations have a variety of office automation hardware and software components. Office software can be used to do word processing and simple database processing, m

3、ake the form and slideshow, etc. Office software includes Microsoft Office, Kingsoft WPS, YOZOsoft Office, Red Office, etc. The application range of office software is very wide, from meeting record to social investigation, and digital office is inseparable from the help of it. With the development

4、of science and technology, the operation of office software has been becoming more and more simple, but the function has been becoming more and more detailed. Microsoft Office 2010 is a new generation of office software, which has six versions. They are Office Primary, Office Home and Student, Offic

5、e Home and Business, Office Standard, Office Professional and Office Professional Plus. The standard edition of Microsoft Office 2010 includes a lot of components which are Microsoft Word 2010、Microsoft Excel 2010、Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager、Microsoft PowerPoint 2010、Microso

6、ft OneNote 2010、Microsoft Publisher 2010 and Microsoft Office Web Apps.,10,Text A: Office Software,Microsoft Word: As shown in figure 1-1 below, Microsoft Word is an application of word processor. Word can be used to edit the text, graphics, image, sound and animation, and insert the information of

7、other software. Word can be used to make the graphics by drawing tools and edit art words and mathematical formulas, which can satisfy the requirements of users about the document processing. Word provides a powerful tabulation function for users , which can be used to tabulate not only automaticall

8、y, but also manually. Word 2010 also increases many new functions, such as online real-time collaboration and version recovery. Microsoft Excel: Microsoft Excel is used to create table, calculate and analyze data. Excel is widely used in management, statistics economics, finance and many other field

9、s. As shown in figure 1-2 below, Excel 2010 adds some new features, such as Sparklines. According to the data that is selected by the user, Excel 2010 will directly draw the line chart, bar chart and so on in the cell and equip the user with Sparklines design panel to choose a custom style.,11,Text

Microsoft PowerPoint: Microsoft PowerPoint is a software which is used to make and show slides. PowerPoint can

12、 be used to produce the presentation that contains the text, graphics, image, sound, video clip and other multimedia elements. The user can organize the information into a group of illustrated picture. PowerPoint is used to introduce the companys products and demonstrate the users academic achieveme

13、nts. By using Office Web Apps, web site could become a new storage device of office document, which will make the document easier to
