Im telling ya, I dont think there are many people, if there is any, could resist the temptation of the tastyBeijing duck. You know the duck skin is crisp and the meat is tender. A highly experienced chef could produce the all-duck banquet. I strongly recommend you to go to Quanjude Restaurant with over a centurys history if you want to try the typical one.
