3、很轻松很方便的记录所有会员客户的资料，了解用户的兴趣爱好、消费特点、意向需求等；进而针对客户的需求，为其提供优质的个性化服务，还能为企业的产品开发、事业发展提供可靠的市场调研数据，是企业经营不可或缺的一个有利工具。同时，作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对会员进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高本低等，这些优点极大地提高了会员管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成先进科学技术接轨的重要条件。其基本设计思想是采用B/S（浏览器/服务器）架构来设计该会员管理系统，而论文则简要从系统的各个功能模块、数据库的设计方面进行叙述
4、，重点简述开发中系统的数据库访问技术和操作方法，用APACHE做服务器，通过对MYSQL数据库与PHP进行了较深入的学习和应用，主要实现了系统管理、用户管理、文章管理、系统查询等系统功能。运行系统结果表明，本设计能够满足普通用户、店铺管理员两个方面的需求，基本达到了系统设计要求。目前，国内国外关于这一方面的软件很多，其功能也都比较完善，但也都存在着一些问题，如性能不好、可靠性、安全性差、交互能力不强等问题，在日益激烈的商业战场中难以应对真实的、残酷的竞争。关键词：会员管理系统 B/S模式 PHP MYSQL APACHEAbstractIn todays economic globalizat
