11、people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return“初中课堂有效教学策略的实践与研究”课题研究中期报告由我校数学教研组承担的“初中课堂有效教学策略的实践与研究”课题，系莒县教科学所“十一五”规划立项课题，该课题2011年3月进行开题论证，2011年4月立项，在学校领导的指导和全体实验教师的积极参与努力下，根据课题实验方案的要求，扎扎实实、有条不紊地开展研究，经过努力探索，课题研究已取得了阶段性的成果，达到了预期的目标。现回顾课题研究工作，作如下总结：一、课题界定本课题的研究
12、对象是课堂教学，课题研究的主旨和追求是课堂教学的有效性，课题研究的背景环境定位于农村初中数学教学现实。所谓课堂教学的有效性，主要从教与学两个方面来界定，一方面教师应通过不断审视和反思，从而不断改进自己的课堂教学操作和教学行为，不断促进自己提高课堂教学水平和教学技艺。另一方面，是指学生通过课堂教学所获得的进步与发展，不仅是知识的获取与积累，同时关注学生各方面素质和能力的全面提高与发展。课堂教学的有效性不仅是一种理念，更是一整套的操作技艺和策略。这就要求教学在实施数学课堂教学的实践过程中，必需时刻关注以下几个方面：（1）关注师生。师生应是课堂教学的两个主体性存在，师生关系应是民主和平等的，这是实施
13、有效课堂教学的前提条件。（2）关注过程。有效的课堂教学是师生双方共同参预，积极互动的过程，课堂教学过程，不仅是学生获取知识，增长技能的过程，更是学生激发兴趣、学会学习、学会合作与分享、学会探索、增强意志的过程，是学生各方面综合素质发展，各种优良品质形成的过程。课堂教学过程，也就是教师不断成长、提升的过程。（3）关注发展。有效的课堂教学把教师和学生的发展作为根本的目标追求。是一种师生共同、和谐、持续、健康的发展。总之，为提高课堂教学的效率，必需始终关注课堂教学策略的作用与价值。本课题通过开题后，课题组采纳有关专家的建议，同时深入分析我校的数学课堂教学现实，我们决定把探求提高数学课堂教学有效性的教
14、学策略增加为本课题研究的主要目标之一。在本课题中，教学策略是指在课堂教学过程中，为达到提高教学效率的目标，依据教学的主客观条件和师生的实际具体情况，对所选用的教学顺序、教学活动程序、教学组织形式、教学方法和教学媒体选用等所作的的总体考虑和规划。二、支撑性理论（1）新课程理念。新课程改革要求转变教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式，这就需要教师在具体的教育教学实践中采取有效的课堂教学策略以促成教学的切实转变，同时也为教师在选择教学策略时提供了方向。（2）建构主义学习理论。建构主义学习理论认为知识并不是教师灌输给学生的，学生的大脑也不是一个等待教师去填充的容器，知识的获取和技能的获得是在学生现有的生活经
15、验和知识准备的基础上自主构建的。这就要求我们教育者一定要拚弃以往那种机械灌输的课堂操作方式，转向寻求一种充满活力的，能真正体现学生主体地位的教学策略。（3）多元智能理论。多元智能理论也为本课题的研究提供了一定的借鉴。在同一个教室里学习的学生都是活生生的有着各自鲜明个性特征并且具有各种不同的兴趣指向的个体，这就要求我们真正做到因材施教，采取有效的教学策略，以使得各种不同层次的学生都能在自己的原来基础上获得应有的充满着个性化的发展。（4）现代教学论。教育既是一门科学，也是一门艺术。教育教学理论也在随着时代的展变化而不断地发展。我们为了提高课堂教学实效，选择和采用各种教学策略，并不能够一味地求新求异
16、，更不能为了形式的热烈而违背教学的一般规律。三、课题研究的实施情况1、前期调研过程中，我们发现，对于教师来说，虽然大部分数学教师对新课程标准所描绘的美好蓝图充满期待而心向往之，但在课堂教学中却又心存种种顾虑和困惑，最终采取敬而远之隔岸观火的态度，依然采取“穿新鞋走老路”、“新瓶装旧酒”式的课堂教学方法。同时，从学生来说，我校学生全部来自于农村，自律意识淡泊，良好的行为习惯、学习习惯等相当欠缺。针对这种现状，课题组一方面请教研室的有关专家来校讲座，另一方面建议学校并具体组织安排，精心挑选了几千元的教育教学特别是新课改方面的学习材料放在学校教学资源库，供老师们下载学习，同时要求每个教师书写读书心得。通过读书学习，引领教师走近并最终走进新课程，提高教师的理论素质和业务修养，受到了广大教师的欢迎和好评，使教师们对新课程由“敬而远之、心存敬畏”转变到“亲而行之、渐行渐喜”的可贵局面。2、改进教研组工作方式，使教研与科研紧密相结合，做到教研即科研。改进教师的日常教学行为，促进教师从传统的
