14、mendments, modification and cancellation to the original terms can be made.,Transferable L/C （可转让信用证）,with a transferable L/C, the exporter can transfer all or part of his rights to another party,Confirmed L/C and unconfirmed L/C （保兑信用证和不保兑信用证）,A confirmed L/C is when a second guarantee is added to
15、the document by another bank An unconfirmed L/C is when the document bears the guarantee of the issuing bank alone,Back-to-back L/C （背对背信用证）,The L/C opened by the importer is called the original L/C,while the second L/C issued in favor of the actual exporter at the request of the exporter is called the subsidiary L/C,Standby L/C （备用信用证）,Standby L/C is a form of bank guarantee instead of a letter of guarantee（保函）. A standby L/C normally is intend to be drawn on not only include payment ,but also include guaranteeing to perform a contract,repayment for loan,and fulfilling other obligations,
