1、 资产处置说明书怎么写篇一：关于报废固定资产处置的情况说明 关于报废固定资产崇基楼处置的情况报告 我校崇基楼2009年经上级专业机构鉴定为危房后全部封闭不再使用，2014年1月经开发区、厚桥街道、教育局重新规划，根据固定资产管理相关规定，对惠通公司固定资产进行了全面清查，发现有5台台式电脑（联想）、3台笔记本电脑（惠普）和1台喷墨打印机（佳能）已超期使用，经过设备报废技术审查，以上设备目前配置、性能已不符合目前使用需求，没有升级的意义。经上级主管部门批复后，根据惠通公司报废固定资产处置方案组织公司各部门负责人、资产管理人员、监察人员及财务相关人员，对报废资产在原报废净值的基础上，根据资产现状确
2、定处置价格，其中：台式电脑200元每台、笔记本电脑500元每台、打印机200；采用投标的方式进行拍卖，经过对以上报废资进行公示。在各部门负责人、资产管理人、监察人员、财务相关人员及投标共同的监督下，进行现场开标，由价高者得。通过投标拍卖了3台笔记本电脑、1台台式电脑，其它4台台式电脑和1台打印机落拍，为报废资产待处理。 2011年10月15日惠通资产管理部门与资产使用部门，根据固定资产管理相关规定，对惠通公司固定资产进行了全面清查，发现有5台台式电脑（联想）、3台笔记本电脑（惠普）和1台喷墨打印机（佳能）已超期使用，经过设备报废技术审查，以上设备属低配置、性能差，且升级意义不大。经上级主管部门
