13、高等职业教育的定位和发展方向，以培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型专门人才为主要任务。高职会计专业教育是高等职业技术教育的重要组成部分，面对全球化、网络化、高新技术化和知识化的新经济时代，特别是加入WTO后，我国的经济运行体制和机制将逐步与WTO的原则接轨，必将给我国目前的会计环境带来巨大的影响，这种新形势对高职会计专业技能教育提出了新的挑战。高职会计教育的定位应侧重于为社会培养职业型、技术型和技能型人才。高职会计专业教育在人才培养模式上要注成果主要内容（续）：重学生职业技能的培养，注重教学的实践环节、培养符合企业实际职业岗位需要的人才。会计技能可分为基本技能、专业技能和综合技能。点
14、钞、珠算、小键盘录入等基本技能是基础，会计实务处理、会计业务信息化处理等是专业核心技能，对于专业核心技能应是高职会计专业教学的重点，在目前的会计专业教学课程体系中教学计划、人才培养方案、课程开设、实训体系等内容都体现了以会计专业核心技能为中心的专业技能培养目标。在培养学生的专业核心技能过程中，教师作为“传道授业解惑”者,其综合能力是将知识传导给学生的关键媒介。近几年来，会计金融分院非常重视师资力量，通过下企业挂职锻炼、外出进修培训等方式培养“双师型”教师，大力提高教师的专业实践能力，鼓励教师开展基于典型工作任务的项目化教学，取得了较好的教学效果。 2009年会计专业学生参加全国大学生企业经营管
15、理沙盘模拟大赛，获得全国总决赛一等奖，学院被评为“全国经济管理示范实训中心”，徐龙被评为“优秀指导教师”。2011年会计、会计电算化专业学生参加江西省首届大学生科技创新与职业技能大赛会计技能获得个人一等奖6项，二等奖4项，团体第二名，罗荷英、胡云、徐龙、李薇被评为“优秀指导教师”。2011年会计、会计电算化专业学生参加全国大学生会计信息化技能大赛获得全国二等奖1项、三等奖1项，徐龙、何干君被评为“优秀指导教师”。2011年范秀仁教授主持的实用性会计人才培养模式创新实验区被教育厅批准立项为省级创新实验区。范秀仁教授主持的基于赛教结合的高职财经类课程实践教学重构与应用被教育厅批准立项为省级重点教改课题。2011年徐龙主持的鄱阳湖生态经济区建设背景下高职教育区域化发展研究被教育厅批准立项为省级人文社会科学研究项目。2011年陈晶、罗荷英、危磊等教师参加由教育部举办的德国职业教育法培训班。2、成果创新点： （1）、明确了高职会计专业教育的关键在于培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技
