13、泸兴煤矿职业危害防护用品和配备情况8六、师宗泸兴煤矿职业危害因素监测仪器仪表配备情况9七、预防减少或消除职业危害因素的措施 .11师宗县泸兴煤矿基本情况一、煤矿概况曲靖皓华矿业有限公司师宗泸兴煤矿位于师宗县雄壁镇 ，隶属于师宗县雄璧镇管辖 ，为私营。矿井始建于1980年，1982年建成投产，矿井设计生产能力6万吨，核定生产能力为5万吨/年。矿区地理位置位于：10344501034534，北纬244725244803。矿井位于师宗县城东24km处，至陆良27km，交通较为方便。矿区地层总体为一单斜构造，开采深度由2118.6m至1518.6m标高，矿区面积为0.7178km。地质储量为268万t
14、。服务年限24年。瓦斯等级为低瓦斯矿井 。矿井范围内有可采煤层3层,即M22 、M21 、M14，目前开采煤层为CM22煤层，均为烟煤。M22煤层爆炸性鉴定为有爆炸性，M22煤层的自燃倾向性为级。(一) 矿井生产现状1、 矿井开拓方式矿井采用斜井开拓，划分1 个水平，即+1820水平；1 个采区，即+1820北翼采区，目前生产水平在+1820 m。现有4个井筒，即主井、副井、回风井、猴车井；主井筒长620m、倾角25度、巷道为半圆拱形状、采用砌碹、金属支架支护、巷道断面为4.85m2，主要用于进风、运煤；回风井长480m、倾角23度、巷道为半圆拱形状、采用砌碹、金属支架支护、巷道断面为4.62
15、m2，主要用于回风、运煤；新主长778m、倾角25度、巷道为半圆拱形状、采用工字钢挂网喷浆支护、巷道断面为6.66m2，主要用于回风、运矸、行人；猴车井长738m、倾角25度、巷道为半圆拱形状、采用采用工字钢挂网喷浆支护、巷道断面为6.66m2，主要用于进风、运矸、行人。2、采、掘工艺及设备（1）全矿目前有1个采煤工作面，即采煤工作面，为M22煤层。煤层平均厚度3m、煤层倾角35度。采用走向短壁式采煤方法，工作面走向长120m、倾斜长50m。使用电煤钻打眼，爆破落煤，采用DZ222单体液压支柱配合HDJA一1200型金属铰接顶梁，工作面采用SGD-11型双链刮板运输机运输。3、 通风系统矿井采用中央并列式通风方式，机械抽出式通风方法。全矿井2 个进风井、2 个回风井（主井、新主井）。回风井安装1台FBCDZ-No15主要通风机，功率255 kW，额定风量1398-3102 m3/min， 1台FBCDZ-No15备用主要通风机，功率255kW，额定风量1398-3102 m3/min；新主井安装1台FBCZ-No12主要通风机，功率37kw，额定风量1400-600 m3/min。矿井总进风量：主井进风1400m3/min、猴车井进风492 m3/min回风量：回风井回风1430m3/min 、新主井回风567 m3/min。（1）采煤工作面通风线路：主井+1820车场
