1、Unit 9 My favorite subject is science单元语法小专题一、do的基本用法(一) 作实义动词，基本含义是“做”、“干”，其第三人称单数形式为does。例如：We do our homework at home. 我们在家做家庭作业。(二) 作助动词，没有实际意义，只是帮助其它动词构成疑问句或否定句，其第三人称单数形式也是does。1. 否定句： 主语（第三人称单数）+ doesnt + 动词原形 + 其他. 主语（非第三人称单数）+ dont + 动词原形 + 其他.2. 疑问句及其简略回答： (1) Does + 主语 (第三人称单数) + 动词原形 + 其他
2、？ 肯定回答：Yes, 主语 + does. 否定回答：No, 主语 + doesnt.(2) Do + 主语 (非第三人称单数) + 动词原形 + 其他?肯定回答：Yes, 主语 + do. 否定回答：No, 主语 + dont.【注意】如果一个一般现在时的句子中的谓语动词是do/does，在作句型转换(变否定句或疑问句)时，要根据句子主语的人称和数而添加助动词do或does，而不可直接提前do/does或在do/does后加not。加助动词does或doesnt时，肯定句中的实义动词要变为动词原形。(二) 特殊疑问句：特殊疑问句是疑问句中的一种，它不能用yes或no进行回答，而应该根据实际
