13、了文学院宿舍楼，中央空调实验室等几个地方，这次的实习对以前学到的理论知识是一个较好的补充，对我们的学习有很大好处，对以后学习安装方面的造价有很大的帮助。此次实习主要参观了室内外给排水工程、室外供热管道工程、室内采暖通风空调工程、室内配线工程、建筑防雷工程等。室内的供热管道在几处参观场地均是在顶棚安装的，采用的大多是聚氯乙烯材料保温，管道的连接有采用法兰式连接也有用管箍连接的，其中较管箍连接较多；另外在管道采用的阀门类别上也是多种多样的，见到的居多者为闸阀。室内的通风空调系统有集中式的中央空调系统，也有分散式的风机盘管系统。在华府广场处采用的是中央空调系统，管道内的气体是经过集中处理后，输送到各
14、个出风口的。采用的是风机盘管系统，在风机盘管系统上，通过五根控制线(开、低、中、高、关)的控制下调节空调的供热或制冷的温度差异。另外，在风机盘管空调机上向外连接三根管道，最下面一根管道是排水管道，另两根是一根供热水，一根供冷水的。风机盘管在密封状态下可以喷出干风，在不密封的状态下可以喷出湿风，在调节室内温度的同时，也可调节室内的湿度。 我们参观了学校的中央空调实验室。空调主要是调节空气的温度、湿度、洁净度、清新度和速度。但并不是所有的空调都具有这样的功能的，家用空调通长只能调节温度、洁净度和速度。中央空调系统为全新风系统，从室外引进新风。设备分四个阶段，第一段是过滤段，通过滤网过滤空气中的悬浮
15、物来调节洁净度；第二阶段是交换段，通过热交换来调节空气的温度并兼顾夏季除湿；第三段为加湿段，通过喷头喷出的雾化水来调节空气的湿度，主要用在冬季；第四阶段是离心风机段，通过调节电机转速调节空气速度。中央空调将处理过的空气送入风管，再通过各个出风口送入室内。各个过程的连接均采用软连接来减少震动。风管入口处设有风量调节阀，可以调节风速；然后接消声器，避免中央空调产生的噪音传入房间内；出风口有散热器型和有页风口，散热器能让空气向四周扩散，在实际中较为常用，有页风口把空气形成风柱，不利于整个室内空气流通，不常用。风管材质有两种，一种是玻璃钢，现场拼接而成，一种是镀锌铁皮，法兰连接而成。送风管道外部有泡沫塑料保温层，用来保温保冷。保温层外包铝箔，可以反射外界热量，减少热交换。室内风机盘管系统是空调系统的末端装置，风机盘管系统为全水系统，由空调、阀门、消声器、风管、出风口、排气管和温控开关组成。风机盘管主要依靠风机的强制作用，使空气通过加热器表面时被加热，因而强化了散热器与空气间的对流换热器，能够迅速加热房间的空气。其工作原理是机组内不断的再循环所在房间的空气，使空气通过冷水（热水）盘管后被冷却（加热），以保持房间温度的恒定。但是，由于这种方式只基于
