Because according to the Netherlands law, anyone who wasnt born in the Netherlands will lose their citizenship, therefore Margriet would have no right to be the princess of the Netherlands. After the royal family returned to their homel

13、and in 1945, Princess Juliana gave 100,000 tulip bulbs(球茎) to the Canadian government and the citizens of Ottawa as a reward. This started a tradition and every year ever since, another 100,000 bulbs were sent to Ottawa and planted all around the city. Over the next decade, the Canadian Tulip Festiv
