11、good starting point to learn, study and work to do better in the future, and strive to create a new situation for school education contribute their一、工程概况、施工准备及布置：1、工程概况廊坊市104国道给水工程，南起与银河北路供水管线交叉口（桩号0+760），向北至北外环（桩号0+000），全长1008米。其中管径DN600mm计870米、管径DN150mm计48米、管径DN100mm计90米，管材采用球墨铸铁管，T型胶圈接口，穿越银河北路管线按
12、规划要求施工，其施工方案由供水总公司和有关部门协商另定。管道沿线铺设DN600过路1条；向西铺设DN150过路1条；向西铺设DN100过路2条；向东铺设DN150支路1条。主管线上设DN100地下消火栓6个，DN600阀门3个,DN150阀门2个，DN100阀门2个。该段管线位于104国道的东侧，距路中心19.0米处。我公司在施工中要与路方及有关部门密切配合，统一协调，交叉施工，处理好各专业管线及路方的关系，确保质量，降低成本，缩短施工工期。施工结束后，尽快恢复场地，以先进的施工方法，合理的施工程序，优质的工程质量，树立良好的企业形象。2.施工准备及布置此工程设项目经理及相应的管理机构（附表）
13、此工程设项目经理 1名，负责组织本工程的实施工作，对项目全权负责；项目副经理1名，负责协助经理进行工作，对经理负责；处下设的银河门市部负责工程材料的供应及调配,急需材料由项目部于当地采购；质检科负责原材料的检验，产品的监视和测量；工程部负责施工过程的监视和测量、主要机械设备的配置及人员的配置；安全科负责施工现场的安全管理和文明施工；总工程师协助项目经理工作，负责项目的施工技术及配合竣工验收工作；办公室负责后勤保障工作。坚持“百年大计，质量第一”的宗旨，建立外部与内部检查相结合的质量保证体系，实行全面质量管理，做到工序有检查，质量有保证，积极开展创优活动。我处将选派精干有力的施工队伍，采用先进的

15、工作，并认真进行现场核对，订出起、终点桩，道路中心线及边线控制桩等，做好水准点的复测及临时水准点的加密工作。（2）门市部根据工程部提供的材料配置计划和公司库存情况编制材料采购计划，并组织材料的采购工作。（3）工程部做好机具、设备的配备和人员配置工作，做好人员的岗前技术培训，并负责施工现场的“三通一平”工作。3、管材的验收及运输管材由处门市部组织供应，汽车运输至现场。进场后应逐根对球墨铸铁管进行外观检查，管材不得有裂纹、破损或其它缺陷。重点检查管道端面垂直度、椭圆度及插、承口，承口内、插口外不应有毛刺、沥青、露出铁本色。对于外观验收合格的管材，沿沟布管，首尾相接，对于甲供管件，经验收后，方准入库
16、，对于自购材料，进场后根据材料计划组织采购、验收及入库工作，并做好保管工作。4、测量放线按图纸给定物的坐标及路方给定水准点，根据管沟沟底宽度、挖深及放坡系数，放出开挖边线，并用白灰做标记。5、土方开挖（1）管沟采用人工开挖，单侧放土，另一侧可少量放土，堆土高度不宜超过1.5米，且距槽口边缘不宜小于0.8米。开挖时必须保证不得塌方，否则采取支撑加固或加大放坡。（2）管沟要求槽壁平整，沟直、坡齐、底平，中心坐标、挖土标高准确，要防止出现额头凹凸不平及偏沟现象。（3）挖沟时如遇超挖或原土质较差，应做特殊处理，填土夯实或填充碎石，保证管基质量及标高要求，不做处理的管基不得安装管道。（4）管道施工时若与其他专业管道交叉或遇地下障碍物，应采取保护措施，并按设计规定及施工规范的要
