1、安 徽 工 程 大 学 机 电 学 院 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ）I地 区 降 压 变 电 所 二 次 部 分 设 计摘 要本 文 针 对 变 电 所 主 变 压 器 的 二 次 部 分 设 计 ， 以 数 字 式 继 电 保 护 为 基 本 出 发 点 进 行 以下 了 内 容 的 设 计 。 运 用 所 学 到 知 识 进 行 短 路 电 流 计 算 和 各 种 整 定 计 算 。 从 而 确 定 继 电 保护 和 自 动 装 置 的 参 数 并 给 出 定 值 ， 从 而 选 择 合 适 型 号 的 保 护 装 置 ， 以 求 出 在 配 置 和 整 定值 上 满 足 对 主 变 保
2、 护 选 择 性 、 灵 敏 性 和 可 靠 性 要 求 ， 使 继 电 保 护 装 置 充 分 发 挥 作 用 ， 保障 电 气 设 备 的 安 全 ， 保 证 电 力 系 统 的 稳 定 运 行 。 利 用 matlab软 件 对 低 频 减 载 仿 真 建 模 ，总 结 各 电 气 量 的 特 性 ， 从 而 得 出 仿 真 是 可 行 与 正 确 的 。电 力 系 统 在 运 行 中 ， 失 去 频 率 稳 定 性 的 后 果 是 系 统 发 生 频 率 崩 溃 ， 引 起 系 统 全 停 电 ，事 实 证 明 这 是 值 得 我 们 继 保 人 员 深 思 的 。 因 此 要 保 证
3、 低 频 减 载 装 置 正 常 动 作 ， 维 持 频 率稳 定 ， 确 保 电 力 系 统 有 功 功 率 供 需 平 衡 。进 行 变 电 所 主 变 的 二 次 部 分 设 计 ， 力 求 做 到 标 准 性 与 先 进 性 并 存 。 对 待 设 计 的 变 电所 以 微 机 自 动 化 原 则 为 核 心 指 导 。 目 前 变 电 站 自 动 化 的 模 式 有 集 中 式 结 构 、 分 布 式 结 构和 分 布 分 散 式 结 构 3种 。 目 前 新 建 的 变 电 站 大 部 分 采 用 的 是 分 布 分 散 式 结 构 ， 典 型 结 构分 为 ： 管 理 层 、 间
