1、that和疑问代词引导的宾语从句（400030）重庆七中 陈觉法高中英语辅导网（www.gaozhong-）一、that引导的宾语从句。that引导宾语从句时只起语法连接作用，不充当任何句子成分；因此在一般场合都可以省略。例如：The private enterprise announced (that) they would help to build 20 Hope Project schools.这家私人企业宣布说他们要资助建立20所希望小学。高考连接（2006湖南卷）：With this work completed, the businessman stepped back to h
2、is seat, feeling pleased _ he was a man of action.A. which B. that C. what D. whether分析 feeling pleased是系表结构，它后面的从句通常被看作是一个宾语从句（有的语法学家认为是状语从句），由于这个从句中不缺主语或者宾语、表语，所以答案是B。二、疑问代词引导的宾语从句。可以引导宾语从句的疑问代词有what, which, who, whom, whose, whatever, whoever等。这些引导词的特点是：1）它们本身具有以及含义；2）在从句中要充当主语、宾语或者表语等。例如：The fir

A. in which B. in what C. from what D. from which分析 由于空格前没有名词或代词（作为先行词），可见这不是一个定语从句，而是宾语从句；再根据习惯搭配be different from可知答案是C，what作used to的宾语，而整个从句作介词in的宾语。四、形式宾语与宾语从句。有时把较长的从句置于句后，而用it作形式宾语，此时that一般不省略。例如：Many people think it possible that a trade war between EU and the States wil
