3、险常常影响工程项目的顺利实施。公路建设工程项目存在很多风险，这些风险如果不能给予重视或者处理不当，将给公路工程业主和施工单位带来巨大的损失，因此很有必要对公路建设工程项目进行有效的风险管理。本文以公路建设工程项目风险管理为研究对象，较为详细的研究了公路工程项目风险管理整个过程的各个部分内容，包括风险形成因素分析、风险评价、风险防范对策。在公路工程项目风险形成因素分析中，本文简单介绍了公路工程项目建设的特点，较为详细的分析了公路项目五个影响因素。在公路工程项目风险评价中，本文简单对工程项目评价方法作了介绍，建立了项目风险评价指标体系，给出了多层次模糊综合评价模型。在公路工程项目风险防范对策中，本
4、文重点提出了在工期管理、费用管理、质量管理、合同管理、施工管理5个方面进行风险管理防范。最后，本文结合广东潮州至揭阳高速公路施工的实际情况，运用模糊综合评价的方法对项目进行风险的度量和评析。 关键词：公路工程项目；风险管理；模糊综合评价；风险评价ABSTRACT The road engineering project is carries on in the complex nature and the social environment, it is a long construction cycle、need more invests、requests much technology,

In this process, it has massive existences unsure factors, and would be changed; the risk from it frequently affects the engineering projects implementation. The road engineering proje

Therefore, the risk is an important factor will lead the road engineering project to success or failure, in order to avoid or to reduce the owners and constructors loss, it is necessary to s
