1、毕业设计(论文)基于 HDPE/PVC 塑料管材无屑切割机结构设计Plastic pipe cutting machine design without chip based on HDPE/PVC摘要通过对国内外塑料管材机械生产线的研究分析,并结合实习工作公司的实际情况,确 定了无屑切割机做为本课题的主要设计内容。无屑切割机用于塑料管材的定长切割,在切 割过程中机架上的移动台可以沿着管材挤出方向移动,并保持与管材的同步进给速度。在 切割机的前部装有托轮装置,托轮起到支撑和导向的作用,针对不同管径时要予以调节。 当翻料架上的行程开关或编码器发出切割信号后,机器夹紧装置上的夹紧控制装置夹牢管 材

2、,使管材在切割过程中相对固定,夹紧装置为夹紧块哈夫夹紧,在切割不同规格的管材 时,调换相对应的哈夫块。切割工作指令的实现由电机通过 V 带传动,而刀片的切削进给由气缸活塞杆缓缓推进 而进行的,气缸推力的大小可由气缸的调节阀调节。刀片的无屑切割进给由移动盘和左右 移动架来完成的,其中筒轴由轴承支承和定位,所以旋转中心不变使切割机切割管材端面 平整,尺寸规范。进刀深度由气缸导向杆旁边的限位调节丝杆调节控制。不同规格的厚度 管材,调节丝杆的调节量大小不同。设计过程中查阅了大量国内外的相关资料,所做的设计运用所学的所有专业课程。下文主要阐述塑料管材无屑切割机总体结构设计。 切割机设计主要包括,带传动机
