5、 do you think of David? 任务二：四人一组，写出流程图中描写性格的形容词的同义词或近义词。任务三：学生独立完成B部分的空格，可以参考第21页上的图示。在全班集体该对答案之前，可以先让学生四人一组讨论一下答案。补充：1一封正式的推荐信,在信的第一段中要进行整体介绍:告诉收信人这封推荐信的目的（purpose）。这里是推荐David 担任学生会主席。2 推荐信的第二段主要描写被推荐人的能力(abilities) 。3第三段中描写被推荐人的个性(personalities) 。4第四段中插写被推荐人曾经做过的事情(What he or she did)。如果被推荐人有许多能力和
6、个性，也可以逐项来写，就像课文中描写David 那样。5 最后一段陈述一下推荐人的态度。任务四：两人一组，制作关于自己班里的班长或学习委员的流程图。1. 可以先写一些描述班长或学习委员的形容词。如：Our monitor is very helpful ,friendly, confident, clever, hard-working, organized, easy-going, patient, generous and so on.2制作流程图时，可以模仿21页上的例子，需要写一些具体的事情来支持自己的观点。如：We think our monitor is very helpful.
