Topics should be based on at least two recent papers. Numerical implementa

13、tion and testing are strongly encouraged. Term project proposals are due on Friday October 12. 14、l the homework problems will be graded. Grading will be based on some randomly selected problems. Late assignments will be discounted 10% a day, up to 5 days.
