3、密集场所经营单位安保管理水平，防止和减少生产安全事故，保障人民群众生命和财产安全，保证相关信息的全面性、连续性、共享性，使这些安保信息在实战中真正发挥作用，结合潍城区公安局实际，设计与实现潍城区公安局辖区单位安保信息管理系统。潍城区公安局为适应新时代的新要求，加强辖区单位的安全管理，规范安保信息的维护，设计与实现了安保信息管理系统。本文通过对安保信息管理背景的分析，根据辖区单位安保问题，提出了本文的主要工作并对系统功能进行了可行性的研究。系统采用了框架设计技术，即Struts技术、Hibernate技术，Spring技术框架整合技术，将安保信息管理系统在逻辑上划分为：持久层、处理层和视图层，提
4、高了系统的整体性能，且便于维护。本文是基于JAVA技术与SQL Server2008数据库结合应用的安保信息管理系统的开发，提出基于安保信息管理系统的有效解决方案。本系统的开发是依据潍城区公安局辖区单位安保信息管理工作中的实际情况，能有针对性地对安保信息管理工作进行科学管理，以提高工作效率和改善决策支持。潍城区公安局辖区单位安保信息管理系统是针对潍城区基层公安机关所管辖的单位、特种行业、公共场所、出租房屋、出租车辆等信息，通过模拟民警日常工作相应动作，把相关信息录入到数据库中，通过计算机技术自动生成相应的信息表、登记簿、统计表、检查记录、图片资料等规范化工作台帐。通过设计与实现潍城区公安局辖区
5、单位安保信息管理系统，建立安全先进、高效透明的安保信息管理平台。安保信息管理系统使潍城区公安局规范化工作上一台阶；同时通过数据集中共享技术，使数据信息多点录入，集中共享，保证相关信息的全面性，连续性、共享性，使这些安保信息在实战中真正发挥作用。关键词：安保信息管理；内保单位管理；Struts；HibernateI ABSTRACTUnit management is a large system management, and unit management can be divided into unit production management and unit safety manag
