11、5 Procedure 程序 Regulations 规定 The kicks from the penalty mark are not part of the match: the kicks from the penalty mark phase begins immediately when the whistle signals the end of regulation play (plus any required additional overtime) Unless otherwise stated, the relevant Laws of the Game and Int
