11、because of her experience. After she graduated, she came to Helen Keller s home to be a private teacher. When Helen touched something,Sullivan always spelt them on her hand. At first, Helen was very surprised, but immediately she was interested in it. “Water” was the first letter that Helen learnt.
12、Although, it wasnt easy to teach a child who was blind, deaf and mute（哑的）. Sullivan didnt give up. She taught Helen as a talented person with great love, patience and perseverance (毅力).
