Enable the students to master the following new words and phrases: hamburger、cola、dollar、cent、enjoy (2). Get the students to be familiar with the sentence patterns: What do you want?/I want a hot

2、dog,please./How much is it?/It is thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents2. Ability object: The students can know how to ask others about his willings and express his/her own willings with “I want”.3. Emotional objects: (1). Arouse the students interest in learning English while they are playing game

3、s or doing activities. (2). Ss can make use of the new knowledge to cooperare with each other, and experience the joy of success.二Key and difficult points 1. Key point: The study of new words and the sentences patterns.2. Difficult points: The students can know how to ask others about his willings a

Warm-up GreetingsT: Did you have your breakfast?S: YesT: Look!I have some delicious foods here. Do you want to eat?Ss: Answer the question. (The purp

5、ose of this step is to arouse the Ss interest of study, and at the same time the topic of this lesson is led naturally.)Step 2.Lead in 教师拿出汉堡的图片,T:What is this? Ss:汉堡。T:Yes,this is hamburger.从而引出新单词“hamburger”,教师教学生hamburger的发音,并要求学生在书桌上拼写h-a-m-b-u-r-g-e-r,hamburger通过one by one接龙式让学生快速站起来读。教师又拿出可乐的图

6、片,T:What is this? Ss:可乐。T:Yes,this is a cola. 教师举起汉堡和可乐的图片问:“How much is it?总共多少钱?”Ss:13.25 T:Yes,It is thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.Ok,now enjoy your meal.又引出“cola、dollar、cent、enjoy”用同样的方法教授,通过提问的方式抽查学生掌握的情况。 (设计意图:让学生掌握新单词并为新课作铺垫)Step 3. Presentation Task 1 Teacher show the teaching pict

7、ure, at the same time, Ss listen to the tape recorder, and circle the new words in the text. Task 2Listen to the recorder again with the following question: (1) Is a hot dog really a dog? (2)What does Daming want? (3) How much is it?Task 3Role play. Ss listen to the tape recorder and read after it (

8、try his/her best to imitate the intonation and pronouncation). Then ask several groups to act the dialogues out.(The goal of this design is to present the new words and sentences patterns through the tasks. It makes Ss improve their positive attitude of study, and master the konwledge actively. What

9、s more, let Ss get further understanding of the dialogues.)Step4. Extension I divide it into two activities.Activity 1: play a “Bomb game” to review the new words in an interesting way.Activity 2: 把讲台布置成快餐店的柜台,邀请自愿者站到讲台后扮演服务员,再邀请几名学生上前扮演顾客,表演点餐的过程。为了鼓励下面的学生积极参与,教师可以提出问题:“What does he/she want?”请全班同学

10、抢答。(Purpose: The two activities push Ss to consolidate the new words and sentences patterns, improve their confidence of study, and make the class active.)Step 5. Summary Invite some student to conclude “how to order food in fast food restarant in English”(Purpose: Express the theory “the Ss are the

11、 master in the class”in the New Curriculum Standard, and test how much Ss have mastered.)Step 6. Homework 1.Read the dialogue smoothly. 2.
