2、estive gland(消化腺) of two parts. Digestive tract is a continuation for starting oral pharynx(咽), esophagus(食道), stomach, small intestine(小肠), large intestine, and finally the anus of a long muscular tubes, including the oral cavity(口腔), pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine (duodenum, jejunum,

3、 ileum) and the large intestine (mecum, colon, rectum) and other units.,Digestive gland has two kinds, one is the small digestive gland ,the other large digestive gland . Digestive gland is a small, scattered and ministries of the wall inside the digestive tract. The digestive gland has three pairs

4、of salivary glands (parotid, submandibular gland, sublingual gland), liver and pancreas, and they are borrow catheter will be discharged into the digestive tract secretions inside.,The basic function,The basic function of the digestive system are the digestion and absorption of food for the body of

5、material and energy requirements . Food nutrients in addition to vitamins, water and inorganic salts(无机盐) can be directly absorbed and used.,The protein, fat and carbohydrates(碳水化合物) such substances should not direct absorption and utilization(利用) by the body, digestive tract need to be broken down

From it we can learn that if we want to be healthy ,we shall eat less fried ,salty food ;We eat suitable Dairy products, fish ,eggs ;We can

11、eat more fruit type food ;Mostly we should eat cereals(五谷类).,Fruits,Hot food,Dairy products,Digestion and Health,Pay attention to your food. Know what category each food that you eat falls into, protein, carbohydrate or neutral. Once you know what food falls in what category you can easily follow th

12、e following simple steps: Make sure that you eat all kinds of citrus fruits, leafy veggies, eggs, fish and meats so that you can safely avoid any nutrient deficiencies. Notice there is no mention of carbohydrates, they are an “eat only if you have to” food.,You do not want to combine any pure fats w

13、ith high starches in one meal. In other words, that baked potato with butter and sour cream is out the window. Avoid combining acids such as citrus, vinegar and buttermilk with any high starch at one meal. High starches should also not be combined with any high proteins. Fats can be eaten with prote
