1、大学学位论文版权使用授权书摘要摘要经济市场在全球发展的过程中不断扩张，逐步形成了一个全方位开放的经济局面。在全球市场的发展中，物流供应链成为促进其发展的重要因素之一，也逐渐成为企业关注的热点。物流供应链是企业与企业之间交流的桥梁，随着经济全球化的发展，物流的发展必定成为企业发展的重要环节之一也成为促进企业经济发展的重要原因之一。物流供应成为21世纪联系企业之间的重要环节，企业不再是闭门造车，逐渐形成一个相互联系又相互竞争的市场环境，供应链的竞争成为企业竞争的重要环节，也成为企业发展的重要经济来源。随着我国信息技术的推进以及企业实力的不断加强，现代的物流行业发展越来越快，并且对企业及人们的生活产
2、生了极大的作用。在物流产业链的发展初期，企业采取自我管理的物流管理方式，在物流的供应链上各个成员都实行自我管理，导致整个供应链环节上的成员如：制造商、供应商、分销商实行的库存管理模式为单一的自我管理，库存管理都是根据内部的管理目标及管理策略实现的，各级之间缺乏交流和沟通，各个环节之间处于信息封闭的状态，容易出现信息之间的误差，经常出现库存对接不清的情况，企业之间缺少交流缺少对物流供应的相互沟通，都是立足于自身的角度对库存进行预测，基于这种情况，上游的供应商与下游的供应商之间存在库存管理情况相对闭塞的情况，下游的供应商库存管理比上级供应商更完善，导致出现长鞭效应，给下游的企业带来威胁，其中包括：
3、服务水平低、库存水平难以提升、库存成本居高不下以及定制流程效率低，由于物流供应链关系到各级企业的库存管理，因此上游企业的库存管理水平较低给整个行业的发展带来了负面的影响，供应链上的企业总成本居高不下，缺乏竞争优势，最终使得每一位物流供应链中的企业遭受损失。越多越多的公司面临着一个竞争程度逐渐攀升的市场环境，市场环境严峻主要原因在于客户的需求日益严格、需求变化频率高、产品生命周期不断缩短，计算机行业内早起采取的应对措施主要是将预测机制的运作模式转变为以产品实际需求情况作为驱动机制。在VMI的库存管理中，主要是以建立客户的需求机制作为供应链管理的主要依据，已经逐渐被越来越多的软件行业接受。随着VM
