1、,发言稿适用于晚会、欢迎（送）会、比赛、（会议、活动等的）开闭幕式等。按照发言的场合及用途，发言稿常可分为：开闭幕词、欢迎（送）词、贺词、答谢词、告别词、祝酒词、演讲等。 发言措词是严肃还是活泼，是用说教口气还是用平等口吻，都要视听众对象而定。如果听众是同龄学生，那么演讲内容风趣一些往往能引起共鸣，但如果大多是教师或贵宾等，就要严肃些。一篇完整的发言稿，一般由三大部分组成： 第一部分：称谓(听众或与会者称呼)。如Friends, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear fellow students, Distinguished guests, Honorable Judges等
