1、本科毕业论文题目：城市地铁项目可行性研究中环境影响评价研究Research on the Environmental Impact Assessment in the Feasibility Study of Urban Metro Project姓 名： 学 号： 学 院： 管理学院 专 业： 工程造价 班 级： 指导教师： 副教授 城市地铁项目可行性研究中的环境影响评价研究摘 要针对城市地铁项目可行性研究中规划环境影响评价滞后，环境影响评价指标体系缺乏构建过程的问题，本文运用系统理论建立地铁项目可行性研究中环境影响评价框架。首先提出了关于地铁项目可行性研究中环境影响评价的基本概念，在此基础
2、上将论文研究分为指标体系研究以及评价方法研究两个方面，最后通过案例进行验证。主要研究的内容包括：（1）通过参考环境影响评价技术导则和公路、铁路等相关领域的环境影响评价指标体系，并基于可持续发展理论，使用分析法将地铁项目可行性研究中的环境影响评价指标体系划分为过程指标，效果指标以及可持续发展指标三个部分，并使用频数统计法建立初始评价指标集，之后利用合并归纳法对指标进行筛选，建立最终评价指标体系。（2）通过文献研究法，将评价方法的研究分为指标权重的计算方法和评价方法，归纳出目前理论研究中所使用的评价方法，对这些方法进行比较和分析后，对其中常用的两种评价方法作重点介绍，并在案例中验证方法的适用性。（
3、3）最后引用案例对本文所建立的评价模型进行了检验与运用。针对案例自身特点，根据已构建的最终指标体系，首先运用0-4评分法确定各评价指标的权重，并使用模糊综合评价法对该案例中的地铁项目进行可行性研究中环境影响评价。通过研究，本文建立了地铁项目可行性研究中环境影响评价系统，为今后的研究提供了借鉴。关键词： 地铁项目 可行性研究 环境影响评价 0-4评分法 模糊综合评价法Research on the Environmental Impact Assessment in the Feasibility Study of Urban Metro ProjectABSTRACTConsidering a
4、 situation that indicator system of environmental impact assessment is lack of its build process and its development is far behind in the urban metro project, system theory is used to establish a frame of environmental impact assessment in the feasibility study of urban subway project .First, a conc
5、ept of environmental impact assessment in the feasibility study of urban subway project is raised. And the thesis is divided into indicator system research and assessable method research based on the concept, which will be tested through a case in the end.The main study includes:(1) Indicator system
6、 of environmental impact assessment in the feasibility study of urban subway project is divided into progress indicator, effectiveness indicator and sustainable development indicator by researching on technical guidelines ofenvironmental impact assessment and highway,railway or some relevant fields
7、indicator system of environmental impact assessment. The indicator system is on account of sustainable development theory and use analytical method. Also, frequency statistics is used to build an assembly of initial assessment indicator. Use combined induction to filter indicator and establish a fin
8、al assessable indicator system.(2) The assessable method is divided into a calculation and an assessment of indicator weight through documents research. Then, according to these researches, in using assessable method can be got out. After comparison and analysis of these methods, this article will e
9、mphasize two of them, which are in common use, and test the method in a case.(3)In the end, a featured case will be used to test and apply the method established in the thesis depending on a final indicator system and a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the case, a method called 0-4 marki
