8、ctive: To study the expression of GDF 15 and p mTO protein and the relationship with the pathogenesis and development of endometrial cancer so as to elucidate the role of mTO signal transductive pathway Methods: The expression of GDF 15 and p mTO protein was detected in 65 endometrial cancer and 65
9、normal endometrial tissues with immunohistochemistry esults: The positive expression rates of GDF 15 and p mTO protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in the normal endometrial tissue ones re- spectively( P 0 01) The positive rates of GDF 15 and p mTO protein wer
10、e significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma with muscle invasive depth 1/2 muscular layer than in that 1/2 muscular layer( 92 00% vs 57 50%， 92 00%vs 7000% respectively) ， higher in or higher FIGO stages than in or stages ( 90 32% vs 52 94%， 9355% vs 64 71% respectively) ， higher in patients wit
11、h lymph node metastasis than in those without( 85 71% vs 5946%， 9286% vs 67 57% respectively) The positive expression of GDF 15 and p mTO was not associated with age or differentiation degree( P 0 05) GDF 15 positive cases were significantly positively correlated with p mTO positive cases( r =0 322，

14、其与临床生物学特点的相关 性， 并分析恶性肿瘤发生发展和转移的内在信号通路。方法: 免疫组织化学方法检测 GDF 15 和 p mTO 蛋白在 65 例子宫内膜癌和 65 例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果: GDF 15 和 p mTO 蛋白在子宫内膜 癌组织中的表达率均明显高于对照组， 差异有显著性意义( P 0 01) 。GDF 15 蛋白在 期子宫内膜癌 组织中的表达率为 5294%， 期中的表达率为 90 32%， 两者比较有显著性差异( P 0 01) 。GDF 15 在癌灶肌层浸润深度1/2 中表达率为 92 00%， 在癌灶肌层浸润深度 1 /2 组的表达率为57 50% ( P
15、 0 01) 。GDF 15 在存在肿瘤淋巴结转移的表达率为 85 71%， 无淋巴结转移的表达率为 59 46%， 两者相比 有显著性差异( P =0 02) 。p mTO 蛋白在 期子宫内膜癌组织中的表达率为 64 71%， 期中的 表达率为 9355%， 两者比较有显著性差异( P 0 01) ; p mTO 在癌灶肌层浸润深度1 /2 中表达率 为 92 00%， 在癌灶肌层浸润深度 1/2 组的表达率为 70 00%， 两者相比有显著性差异( P 0 05) 。p mTO 在存在肿瘤淋巴结转移的表达率为 92 86%， 无淋巴结转移的表达率为 67 57%， 两者相比有显著性差 异( P 0 05) 。GDF 15、 p mTO 的表达与患者的发病年龄、 组织病理学分级无关( P 0 05) 。子宫内膜 癌组织中 GDF 15 和 mTO 蛋白表达呈显著正相关( r =0 322， P 0 01) 。结论: p mTO 在子宫内膜癌中 的表达受升高的 GDF 15 蛋白水平的调控， 可能为子宫内膜癌发生发展
