12、nyaretobeheldresponsible.ClaimforqualitydiscrepancyshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin15daysafterarrivalofthegoodsatthefinaldestinationwhileforquantity/weightdiscrepancyclaimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerwithin10daysafterarrivalofthegoodsatthefinaldestination.6.人力不可抗拒:本合同内所述全部或部分商品，如因人力不可抗拒原因,使卖方不能履约或延期交货,卖方不负任何
