3、softhiscontract.Ifanydiscrepancyisfound,amendment(s)oftheletterofcreditshouldbemadeimmediatelybythebuyersshallberesponsibleforanylossthusincurredaswellasforlateshipmentthuscaused.信用证的修改：买方应依本合同规定开立信用证，若有不符，应在接到卖方通知后立即开立本信用证的修改通知书。否则买方将承担由此产生的损失及迟期装运。(8)QualityandWeight:Forthequanlityandweightofthego
4、odsshipped,theinspectioncertificate(s)issuedbytheImportandExportCommodityInspectionBureauofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaattheportofshipmentshallbepartofthedocumentstobepresentedfornegotiationundertherelevantletterofcredit.品质与重量：中华人民共和国进出口商品检验局应就出口商品的品质与重量出具检验证书，该检验证书应作为议付单据在信用证中有所提示。(9)DiscrepancyandCla
5、ims:Shouldthequalityand/orquantity(weight)befoundnotinconformitywiththatofthecontract,theBuyersareentitledtolodgewiththeSellersaclaimwhichshouldbesupportedbysurveyreportsissuedbuarecognizedsurveyorapprovedbytheSellers.Theclaim,ifany,shallbelodgedwithin30daysafterarrivalofthecargoattheportofdestinati
6、on.不符与索赔：若发现品质、数量或重量与合同不符，买方应于货到目的港后30天内提出索赔，并同时提交由权威部门或卖方提供的勒察报告。(10)ForceMajeure:Thesellersshallnotbeheldliablefornon-deliveryordelayeddeliveryofthegoodsduetoaccidentsbeyondtheircontrol.However,theSellersshalldelivertotheBuyersthedocumentaryevidence(s)offorcemajeurecause(s).不可抗力：如因不可抗力原因致使卖家无法交货或延
7、迟交货，卖方概不负责，但卖方应就不可抗力原因向买方提交证明材料。(11)Arbitration:Alldisputesinconnectionwiththiscontractoritsexecutionshallbesettledbynegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thecaseunderdisputeshallthenbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeCommissioninBeijingforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsArbitrationRu

11、Acceptancecriteria:accordingtotheArt.2Qualityrequirementsandtechnicalspecificationsofthepresentcontract第六条违约责任：Art.6Liabilityforbreachofcontract:甲方延期付款的，乙方交付产品的时间可相应顺延，甲方按照延期支付金额的/日向乙方支付滞纳金，直至款项付清之日。甲方延期支付超过三十日的，乙方有权选择解除合同，甲方按照合同滞纳金标准向乙方支付违约金，向乙方返还产品，甲方已经支付的款项作为赔偿，如不足以弥补乙方的损失的，由甲方另行赔偿。ShouldPartyApo
