1、为了适应公司新战略的发展,保障停车场安保新项目的正常、顺利开展,特制定安保从业人员的业务技能及个人素质的培训计划远红外耐火材料干燥窑设计方案设计总说明硅砖隧道窑是一条由耐火砖、轻质保温材料和其它建筑材料砌筑而成的长隧道,在窑内装有的窑车等运载工具。该窑属于连续型窑炉,热利用性能较好,使用自然风或从冷却带抽出的1000热风助燃,从而使空气预热,保证了烧成温度得以实现。本文详细介绍了硅砖隧道窑的总体设计过程,主要内容包括:窑体结构及主要尺寸的计算、燃料燃烧计算及燃烧设备选型、风机的选择、预热带和烧成带热平衡的计算。窑的规格为:200m。根据烧成制度,将整个隧道窑划分成28个预热带、22个烧成带和3
2、0个冷却带。预热带和冷却带窑墙的材质从内到外分别为:粘土砖、轻质粘土砖和粘土砖;烧成带窑墙的材质从内到外分别为:硅砖、轻质高铝砖和粘土砖。预热带和冷却带窑顶的材质从内到外分别为:粘土砖、轻质粘土砖、耐火泥、高炉渣和红砖;烧成带窑顶的材质从内到外分别为:硅砖、轻质粘土砖、耐火泥、高炉渣和粘土砖。该隧道窑采用曲折密封、砂封、窑底压力平衡系统和窑车的三曲折密封结合方式,防止冷空气漏入窑内,达到密封的目的。预热带采用排烟与热循环气幕相结合的方式,有效地消除上下温差,保证产品质量的稳定。在烧成带29#50#车位之间,设有21对小功率的高速调温烧嘴;在68#70#车位之间,设置2对抽风口,抽出热空气作为干
