2、nesandholdtheimportantpositions.However,otherpeopledontagreeonthisidea.Theybelievethatwomenareascapableasmen.Sometimes,womencanevendoalotofthingsbetterthanmen,fortheyaremorecareful,patient,andresponsible.Nowtherehavebeensomanywomenleadersandwomenscientistsintheworld.Accordingly,weshouldntlookdownupo

5、derandsocialstatus.Genderdifference,theformer,causestheretirementageofaveragemaleandfemaleworkerstobedifferentby5years,whileitwouldbe10yearsbetweenmaleandfemalecadres.Thearticle48ofourconstitutionsaysthatwomeninthePeoplesRepublicofChinaenjoyequalrightswithmeninallaspectsofpolitical,economic,cultural
6、,socialandfamilylife.Womenretirefiveyearsearlierthanmencanbeinterpretedasacaseofdeprivingthemof5-yearlaborright,withtheirpolitical,economicandculturalrightsbeingimpactedinthemeantime.However,thehistoricalconditionsandbackgroundunderwhichtheseprovisionsweremadehavechangedgreatlyastimewenton,whichlead
7、stowidequestioningoverwhethertheretirementsystembeingadoptedcurrentlyisreasonable.Asaresult,clamorforareformofthecurrentretirementsystemhasgrownlouder,inorderfortheequalitybetweenmenandwomen.Adesireforanequalandfairretirementsystemisgoingtobejustifiedasofall,thelifespanofwomeninChinaisbecomingaverag
8、elylongerthanthatofmen,whichIthinkisbeingnoticedincreasinglybyus,especiallybymen.Theeducationgapthateverliedbetweenmenandwomenhasshrunkwiththedevelopmentoftheeconomicsocietywearelivingin.Thiscanbetestifiedbysomereportsthattheamountoffemalehascometooverpassthenumberofmeninmanyuniversities.Soitwouldbe
9、aboontothewholesocietyformenandwomentoretireatthesameage,oratleast,tonarrowdowntheretirementagedisparity,whichIdeeplybelieveissupposedtobeaninevitabletrendofsocietyinwhichmuchprogresshasbeenmadeinhumancivilization.Second,differentretirementagewouldimpactthelabormarkettoacertainextent.Earlierretireme
10、ntageforwomenwillmaketheproperlyfulluseofhumancapital,especiallythosewell-educatedfemale,fallintoanadversesituation.Simultaneously,inadditiontoslowingdownthecapitalinvestmentinitiativeofwomen,itwouldalsomakefemalelieinarelativelyadversepositionofpromotion.Lastbutnotleast,femaleretireinanearlieragewi
11、llputmorepressureonPensionInsuranceSystembyincreasinglargernumberofpeopletopay.Anotherpictureofthisissomeretiredfemalefindthepensionissuchunsupportablethatanenjoyablepost-retirementlifeisoutofreachorfindthemselvesremainsokeenonworkingthattheybecomewillingtofindanotherjob.Namely,theyretire,butarentin

13、people,whichrequiresthereformofretirementagetocovertheveryneedsofpeopleofeverywalksbymeansofdesigningaflexiblepolicy.Todothis,somethingmustbetakenintoconsideration.First,retirementageshouldvaryindifferentvocations.Featuresofbothmentallaborandmanuallaborshouldbecontainedinthescientificproposalaboutth
14、ereasonableretirementage.Second,alsothelast,retirementageshouldvaryindifferentemploymenttypes.Interestoftheflexibleemploymentpersonnel,theunemployedandthelaid-offshouldbeparticularlytakenintoconsideration.Overthelasthalfcentury,mountainsofeffortshavebeenmadetoimprovewomenslegalstatusandeverymeanshas

16、enandwomeninourreallife.男女平等-好尊敬的各位领导、女同胞们：你们好！在我成长的二十四年里，亲身体会了女性地位的不断改善，相比之前“男尊女卑”的裹脚时代，二十一世纪的今天男女平等的观念已经深入人心，也渗透到生活的各个方面，像我小的时候过年亲戚朋友来家里吃饭，都是老爷们儿先吃，他们吃完了我们才能吃，现在可不是这样了，大家坐在一起吃，聊一聊家常有说有笑。再后来上学，我爸妈一直供我上完大学，他们还一直鼓励我读研究生，说只要我想继续读就会不遗余力的支持我，这也让我意识到“女子无才便是德”的观念已经被狠狠的甩在了封建社会。上大学选专业的时候听到最多的话就是“土木工程好是好，但是女生不好找工作啊”、“机械、电力那都是男生学的，哪有女生学这专业”，可是现在很多专业的男女比例也在慢慢调整归于平衡，研究生招生的时候女生也越来越招人喜欢，我们女生的认真、勤恳、爱钻研的特质使得我们在后续的研究中可以获得优异的成果，导师只要男生的现象已经
